About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will drive our revenue growth by leading and executing our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  4. Client Development: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and verticals to drive business growth and increase market share.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
  7. Performance Analysis: Monitor key sales metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  8. Process Improvement: Refine sales workflows, tools, and strategies to enhance team efficiency and success.
  9. Brand Representation: Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
What We're Looking For:
  1. 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role (outsourcing or B2B experience preferred).
  2. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
  3. Strong track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
  4. Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement software.
  5. Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
  6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  7. Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  8. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
