Reporting: Gifting Production Supervisor

Location: Westlake Business Park, Tokai

Purpose of the Job:

To provide essential administrative support to the production team and assist with general administrative functions within the Gifting site.

Requirements:

  1. Matric (High School Diploma or equivalent)
  2. Administrative based qualification (highly advantageous)
  3. Good understanding of Syspro and its functions
  4. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel
  5. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  6. Excellent administrative and processing skills
  7. General understanding of production processes
  8. Strong analytical and investigative skills

Job Objectives:

  1. Capture production records accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Receipt daily production on SYSPRO.
  3. Process receipts for all grocery items.
  4. Handle warehouse transfers efficiently.
  5. Maintain SYSPRO data to ensure real-time accuracy.
  6. Complete jobs following the required processes.
  7. Assist with month-end billing processes, including capturing GRNs.
  8. Support line leaders with job-related queries.
  9. Assist with stock-taking when required.
  10. Processing of non-stock and stock GRN's.
  11. Record outgoing orders in the dispatch register.
  12. Print and distribute work orders as required.
  13. Request invoicing for local and international dispatches when necessary.
  14. Arrange transportation for local orders as needed.
  15. Manage and maintain an overview of the Gifting dispatch Chep account, including the ordering of pallets required for dispatch in the absence of the Production Supervisor.
