This position is full-time and part of the US Document Management team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical planning and design for DM projects both on-premises and in the Cloud.
  • Provide technical guidance related to DM projects.
  • Perform technical requirements throughout all phases of the projects.
  • Execute data migrations both on-premises and in the Cloud.
  • Work closely with project managers to set realistic schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Interact directly with customers to provide technical guidance and support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an engineerand/or a degree in technology
  • Understanding ofSaaS solutions
  • Previous experience in application testing and support
  • Prior experience in ahigh-level consultingor customer service role is required.
  • Significant experience working with the document management systems (SharePoint, iManage, NetDocuments)
  • SQL Installation and configuration
  • Ability to write intermediate to complex SQL queries.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients in both written and verbal communications.
