Morae Global Corporation seeks to find the best and the brightest people – those who understand what it takes to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients.The Document Management Engineer provides leadership and technical guidance on both on-premises and Cloud projects. This position is full-time and part of the US Document Management team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical planning and design for DM projects both on-premises and in the Cloud.
- Provide technical guidance related to DM projects.
- Perform technical requirements throughout all phases of the projects.
- Execute data migrations both on-premises and in the Cloud.
- Work closely with project managers to set realistic schedules and meet deadlines.
- Interact directly with customers to provide technical guidance and support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an engineerand/or a degree in technology
- Understanding ofSaaS solutions
- Previous experience in application testing and support
- Prior experience in ahigh-level consultingor customer service role is required.
- Significant experience working with the document management systems (SharePoint, iManage, NetDocuments)
- SQL Installation and configuration
- Ability to write intermediate to complex SQL queries.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients in both written and verbal communications.
