Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development executive with a strong analytical background to drive growth in the financial services sector. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, forging strategic affiliate partnerships for Loan and Insurance leads, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, good analytical skills, and a decent understanding of financial services and the ability to present to upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire new customers and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry leaders.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and secure partnerships that drive revenue and enhance service offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners and clients.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Use insights to inform business development strategies and recommend areas for investment.
  • Track and report on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage analytics to assess business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and present detailed business cases supported by quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track success.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role within financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and close high-value deals.

Technical and Analytical Skills:

  • Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
  • Strong ability to analyze financial and operational data to inform strategic decisions.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
