Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and results-drivenFreelance Sales Representativesto join our team and expand our market presence inBahrain, Qatar, and the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients. This role involves promoting Palanka Doors' premium products, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Actively promote and sell Palanka Doors' custom wooden doors and innovative door solutions to potential clients, including homeowners, builders, architects, and contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial construction sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects in Bahrain, Qatar, and the USA.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, customisation options, and technical specifications.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to understand local trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of each region.
- Provide feedback to the company on market demands and potential product improvements.
Networking and Partnerships:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Palanka Doors and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with local architects, interior designers, and construction firms to drive referrals and partnerships.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualification and Skills
- Proven experience insales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the construction, interior design, or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of theBahrain, Qatar, and USA markets, including local construction trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as a freelancer.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Basic technical knowledge of doors, woodworking, or construction materials is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
