Duties -

  • Understand customer needs and requirements and ensure these are met
  • Responsible for Scoping of jobs and providing information on the requirements of Jobs (E.g., Parts and Equipment needs)
  • Handle customer complaints and queries onsite. Where required provide information and/or feedback to the customer on Damaged Machinery/Equipment and/or Repairs
  • Repair and maintain lifting Machinery and equipment
  • Providing customers with information and/or training on Machinery/Equipment as required
  • Ensure that all required documents are completed and compiled in accordance with the regulations and standards. All documentation must be completed timeously and handed in to the office
  • Ensure that all onsite documents (E.g., Contractor packs, Lifting Equipment Files & Safety Files) are compiled and kept up to date
  • Liaise with customers regarding technical queries
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Prepare for up coming jobs, ensuring the correct equipment, tools, machinery and parts are available
  • Responsible for all staff working under their supervision and their safety
  • Responsible for all Vehicle, Equipment and Tools allocated to them
