Requirements
  • Minimum Five (5) years working experience as a Bookkeeper
  • JDE System experience advantageous
  • MS Office Competence
Duties
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate orders, create GRVs and intercompany invoices
  • Manage cell-phone contracts for the business
  • Maintain proper filing systems for financial and administrative documents
  • Maintain and administrate the queries logged and assist business units in resolving queries
  • Perform adhoc tasks as and when required by your Team Lead
