Participates in the achievement of the required Return on Investment through effective control of working capital i.e.: stocks of raw materials and finished goods, debtors and creditors
- Provide leadership in the Administration Department.
- Work in accordance with the policies and guidelines.
- Provide the necessary input and prepare the Annual Operating Budget.
- Provide detailed management accounts on the results of the Business to the Management Team.
- Manage the cash flow within the allocated facility.
- Ensure that ongoing improvement is applied in the administration department.
- Employ the right people in the administration department in order to ensure that the tasks and targets are met.
- Ensure that the necessary contracts, system and procedures are in place to prevent any dishonesty and /or fraud.
- Ensure that harmonious human relations exist and training and development needs of subordinates are met.
- Processing of month end journals to ensure accurate figures.
- To submit management accounts according to head office deadlines (5 days).
- Compiling of month end reports in time for monthly management meetings.
- To compile weekly KPI figures and distribute to the management team.
- To fulfil in the obligation as needed by the group’s combined insurance plan to reduce risks that the group might face.
- To assist the Factory Manager to improve raw material utilization by submitting the mass balance timeously.
- Investigating and identifying reasons for variances and formulate action plans for corrective action/reduction of waste to be in-line with budgeted figures.
- Checking of deliveries of raw material for correct quantity.
- Provide timeous and accurate information to senior management members to fulfil their respective performance contracts.
- To ensure through continues cycle counting a stock accuracy of 98% for finished goods and raw materials i.e. quantity and value are maintained.
- Investigate variances found during cycle counts.
- Compiling daily mass balance.
- Compiling and submitting of Stats SA requirements (Monthly and Quarterly)
- Investigate WIP variances regarding job closures.
- Closing of WIP jobs on the accounting system on a weekly basis.
- To assist and act as backup for the Stock/Wage administrator, Assistant Account and Bookkeeper (Debtors).
- To complete internal ISO audits as scheduled
- Signing off of purchase orders under LOA
- Preparation and Submission of VAT and Income tax
- Yearly preparation and submission of WCA
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are done monthly
- Liaising with external and internal auditors
- Fleet Card Controller (New Card, Cancel Card)
- Responsible for MTN Cell phones (New Contracts, Sim Swops, Upgrades)
- SYSPRO ESSENTIAL
- Tertiary Qualification essential
- 5-10 years Experience in a similar roll in a manufacturing environment

PACKAGE - R50 000 TOTAL COST TO COMPANY

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
