We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Consultant to be based at our branch in Durban. You are responsible for, including but not limited to: Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issues. All clients are contacted as per schedule. These typical Labour Law issues can range from: Chairing of disciplinary inquiries Drafting of judgments for clients Assist with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance Drafting and implementing policies To more complex issues like: Wage negotiations Strike Management Retrenchments Package & Remuneration: Salary: R17 850 CTC Benefits: Cell phone, Internet, Laptop, and excellent career growth opportunities, as well as a great commission structure.
