Schedule and administer assessment sessions for selection, talent management and development purposes. Trouble shoot and provide technical support to Talent Consultants as well as internal and external assessment test-tees and stakeholders. Provide support on talent management initiatives, maintain record keeping and capturing of data which enable talent management practices.**Responsibilities**Individual Candidate Assessment Assess candidates in the selection, development and talent management process; observe assessment activities; administer psychometric assessments or work simulations. Business Meetings Arrangement Schedule assessment appointments, liaise with internal stakeholders regarding date, time and location of assessment session. Administration Work on simple administrative processes and databases for administrative procedures with various Service Providers; file and store psychometric assessment data as prescribed by the HPCSA. Compliance Work within HPCSA compliance policies and procedures. Report simple non-compliance issues to a senior colleagues. Assessment Data Management Verify the accuracy and completeness of assessment data provided and enter into assessment information systems, following defined procedures. Personal Capability Building Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Ensure up-to-date industry and market knowledge, as well as internal products, processes is continuously maintained. Support and assist with team development (internal learning and development initiatives) as well as external development activities. Project Management Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities for defined selection, development and talent management programmes as well as Adhoc projects. Internal Client Relationship Management Build effective working relationships within the internal client organisation and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines with guidance from senior colleagues. Document Management Create a local document management system for an office or department. Ensure records are continuously updated and maintained. Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. Budgeting and Costing Track budgets and report variances to the Talent Manager. Responsible for expense governance and control (tracking expenses against a predefined budget). Research and process online orders. Manage the process of reconciliation regarding the team procurement cards.**Education**Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential); Degree in Psychology/HR (Advantageous) Working towards Psychometrist registration with HPCSA (Advantageous)**Experience**6 months to 1 years' experience in an assessment administration role (Essential) Corporate Psychometric Assessment experience (Advantageous); Experience or exposure to talent management frameworks and practices (Advantageous).Our Work Experience is the combination of everything that’s unique about our culture, our core values, our company meetings, our commitment to success, our recognition programs, but most importantly, it’s our people.
