Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating styles. A strong eye for detail and a passion for elevated presentation . Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and creativity. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards .
