Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end patisserie. They will possess extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating styles, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for elevated presentation.
