About the Role :

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating exceptional pastries, desserts, and baked goods that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute an exquisite pastry menu , ensuring variety and innovation.
  • Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and artisanal baked goods .
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create seasonal offerings.
  • Oversee ingredient selection, ensuring only the finest products are used.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry section.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring hygiene and quality control.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end patisserie.
  • Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating styles.
  • A strong eye for detail and a passion for elevated presentation .
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards .
