Role Description Contract Linguist – Customer Feedback Engagement Team Overview Stellar Peaks Entertainment is seeking a linguist with a strong foundation in behavioral science, communication , to join our Customer Feedback Engagement Team, a specialized unit within our marketing organization. This team supports a diverse range of brands and companies under the Stellar Peaks umbrella, helping ensure that customer communications are linguistically precise, emotionally intelligent, and culturally responsive. As a member of this team, you will apply your language expertise and behavioral insight to support direct, written communication with potential buyers, shifting context fluidly across different industries and audiences. This is a contract position ideal for a linguist or communication professional who thrives in dynamic, multi-brand environments and understands how language influences perception and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day communication with potential customers across multiple companies and brands. Use principles from linguistics and behavioral science to craft messages that are clear, empathetic, and brand-aligned. Apply natural language processing (NLP) and analytical thinking to understand tone, sentiment, and audience response. Collaborate with marketing, data, and customer engagement specialists to refine outreach and feedback loops. Maintain consistent messaging quality while adapting to shifting brand voices and audience demographics throughout the workday. Translate insights from customer interactions into actionable recommendations for improving communication strategy. Ensure all written interactions meet brand standards and ethical communication guidelines. Desired Skills & Qualifications Degree or advanced training in Linguistics, Behavioral Science, Communication, Education, or related field from an accredited university. Demonstrated ability to analyze and construct messages informed by psycholinguistics and behavioral insights. Strong command of English; additional proficiency in French, Arabic, or German is highly desirable. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) tools, text analysis, or semantic modeling (conceptual understanding sufficient; no programming required). Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to shift between voices and tones fluidly. Experience working in marketing, communications, or customer engagement contexts. Comfortable managing multiple communication streams across diverse industries in one workday.
