Responsibilities Responsible for the linguistic content of adverts. Work with the marketing manager to find core message and target audience. Research trends within communication, PR and the gambling industry; assist with brainstorming strategies to grow the brand’s reputation. Create a PR strategy and calendar. Present plans or findings to management. Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with the creative team. Work across media formats (print, digital, audio, video). Ensure content complies with regulations and legislation. Translate briefs into slogans, catch‑phrases, and effective content. Research target audience and competitors. Build and maintain a media database. Build press relationships and liaise with media for events. Generate press releases and internal marketing copy. Write video scripts and identify visual story elements. Conduct interviews for video, print, and online content. Report on Hollywoodbets’ reputation in the public eye. Manage all PR duties, including attending events and reporting. Brief and train staff on messaging and expectations. Produce clear, credible ideas, messages, and scripts. Update campaigns based on feedback. Understand the brand and products sold. Conceptualise and write across multiple platforms (print, outdoor, TV, activations, in‑store, social media, online). Create internal communications such as documents and newsletters. Adapt writing to varying tones and styles. Draft speeches, MC scripts and presentations. Ensure deadlines are met and opportunities are not missed. Collaborate with Hollywoodbets Group to secure media exposure for all CSI projects. Supervise PR and Communications assistants. Support implementation of the business and marketing strategy. Develop a positive corporate image externally and internally. Identify branding opportunities at sponsorships, events, and CSI initiatives. Track and report on the Sports Club’s reputation in media. Create persuasive copy accompanying advertising visuals. Maintain consistent brand tone, grammar and spelling. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. Work with the PR manager to ensure cross‑department consistency. Perform ad‑hoc functions as required. You Bring Valid Code 8 (Manual) driver’s licence. Degree in English or related field. Proven writing skills with a portfolio. Extensive Microsoft Office experience. Exceptional written communication and command of English. Strong interpersonal skills. Customer‑centric attitude. Service delivery and quality focus. High accountability and attention to detail. Listening skills and results‑driven mindset. Creativity. A Bonus To Have Athletics experience or knowledge.
