What You’ll Do Call warm leads every day — no cold calls, just real patient interest. Run discovery calls to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns, then guide them towards the right treatment. Share clear, honest information about treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings Confirm bookings directly in clinic calendars Deliver concise patient notes so clinic teams are fully prepared for each consultation Must Have: 2+ years sales experience Telemarketing or outbound sales background Confident phone manner and target-driven mindset Fluent English and data-driven approach Tech-savvy with fast, reliable internet and quiet home setup Redundancy solutions for power outages and internet outages Bonus & Technical UK company experience Dental/clinical industry knowledge Understanding of dental treatments such as Implants, Invisalign, and Composite Bonding Ability to ask the right questions to determine if the lead is a good fit (training provided if needed) Success in the Role ✅ 3 months → Confidently hitting appointment targets, mastering scripts & tools ✅ 6 months → Consistently exceeding goals, providing insights on lead quality ✅ 12 months → Recognised as a top performer, trusted with larger clinic accounts ✅ 18 months → Opportunity to train new team members and take on leadership responsibilities Requirements & Attitude
