Your mission is simple to explain: make every patient feel cared for, understood and guided to book with confidence. Experience in dental or healthcare is a bonus, not a requirement. Strong phone based sales or booking experience in other industries is also welcome. Location: Remote Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time Role type: B2C outbound sales to dental patients, warm leads only, no cold calling Compensation: Base salary of minimum £700 per month plus commission for each attended private consultation you book. Typical total earnings are £900 to £1,150 per month, depending on performance. Earnings are uncapped. Paid time off: 12 days paid annual leave per year, plus paid sick leave and South African public holidays. Run discovery calls to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns, then guide them towards the right treatment.
