Your mission is simple to explain: make every patient feel cared for, understood and guided to book with confidence. Experience in dental or healthcare is a bonus, not a requirement. Strong phone based sales or booking experience in other industries is also welcome. Location: Remote Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time Role type: B2C outbound sales to dental patients, warm leads only, no cold calling Compensation: Base salary of minimum £700 per month plus commission for each attended private consultation you book. Typical total earnings are £900 to £1,150 per month, depending on performance. Earnings are uncapped. Paid time off: 12 days paid annual leave per year, plus paid sick leave and South African public holidays. What You’ll Do Call warm leads every day — no cold calls, just real patient interest. Run discovery calls to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns, then guide them towards the right treatment.
