Position: Operational Accountant & Procurement Manager Location: Midrand, Johannesburg Company: 32Gi Sports Nutrition 32Gi is expanding and requires a professional who can support both the financial and operational functions of the business. This role suits someone who enjoys working across finance, procurement, inventory, and general operations. Role Overview This position combines operational accounting with procurement and supply chain responsibilities. You will maintain accurate financial data, oversee purchasing activities, support production planning, and help ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Financial & Operational Accounting Maintain financial records, reconciliations, and management accounts Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Conduct costings and profitability analysis Assist with audits and statutory compliance Procurement & Supplier Management Manage purchasing of materials and goods Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage SLAs Maintain procurement documentation and landed costings Work with production to align purchasing with planning Operations & Inventory Support warehouse and production with accurate stock levels Perform inventory checks and investigate variances Improve internal systems and workflows Liaise across departments to streamline operations Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar Experience in operational accounting and procurement Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems Manufacturing or FMCG experience beneficial Professional certifications (e.g., CIMA/ACCA/SAIPA) advantageous To apply, please connect with us or submit your CV to the hiring team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
