We’re looking for a Social Media Host to support high-quality service within the contact centre, engaging with customers through social media, reviewing feedback on platforms such as Trustpilot and App Stores, and ensuring video content uploaded to the website aligns with the Betway Brand Tone of voice. Responsibilities Provide world-class customer service by responding to customer queries via social media and feedback platforms Moderate videos posted by customers to ensure adherence to business quality assurance standards on the Betway Clips Platform Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment Enter pertinent information into relevant databases Complete tasks assigned during shift Build and manage customer relationships and cross-sell products and services Problem solve during shift and take full responsibility for customer queries Maintain excellent time management and adherence to schedule Perform extra tasks as required by managers or shift supervisors This job description is not exhaustive; other duties may be required to achieve business objectives.
