What you need to succeed (requirements) 1+ year of dedicated remote/online sales and customer support experience. Mandatory e-commerce experience: previous experience in e‑commerce sales functions (upsell, cross‑sell, subscription recovery, or abandoned cart assistance). Exceptional persuasion skills: proven ability to convert leads, close sales opportunities, and build excellent customer relationships through communication. Prior customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is essential; direct e‑commerce sales experience is a significant advantage. Familiarity with essential e‑commerce tools such as Shopify, CRM systems, or customer engagement platforms is a plus. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, remote sales environment.
