As an E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice that helps customers complete their shopping journey, recover abandoned carts, and discover products they’ll love. What You’ll Do Assist customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS with inquiries about products, orders, and returns while promoting a positive, sales‑oriented experience. Proactively identify upsell, cross‑sell, product bundling, and subscription recovery opportunities to increase conversions and customer retention. Support abandoned‑cart follow‑ups, win‑backs, and post‑purchase engagement initiatives. Resolve order concerns quickly and accurately, turning potential issues into successful customer experiences. Represent the brand’s identity, values, and tone in every interaction for a consistent premium experience. Track customer interactions and share trends with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and overall engagement. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of remote/online sales and customer support experience. Prior e‑commerce experience: upselling, cross‑selling, subscription recovery, abandoned cart assistance, or post‑purchase support. Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads into closed opportunities. 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e‑commerce sales a plus). Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment. Technical Requirements Personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher. Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds. Quiet, professional workspace for calls.
