Our client, a leading ICT organisation, is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Organisational Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role requires proven SAP S/4HANA OCM implementation experience within the Public Sector. Key Responsibilities Refine and lead the execution of the OCM strategy in alignment with project goals and evolving business needs. Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and impact analyses to inform targeted change interventions. Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and adoption strategies that strengthen buy-in and reduce resistance. Manage and coordinate training planning, design, delivery, and evaluation with project training teams, incorporating insights into change plans. Build and manage stakeholder and change agent networks to drive ownership and long‑term sustainment. Track adoption, readiness, and behavioural indicators through structured assessments and reporting to mitigate people–related risks. Essential Requirements Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Organisational Change Management within project‑based environments. At least 5 years’ experience in Training and SAP ERP implementation workstreams. Relevant degree in HR, OD, IT, or a related field. Extensive Public Sector SAP project experience with contactable client references. Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
