We have a vacancy for an Office/Project Administrator to assist with general projects and office administration. We operate in the electrical sector in the Construction/Contracting Industry. Minimum of 3 years relevant office & projects administration experience in the Construction/Contracting Industry is a definite pre-requisite with the following specific skill set & requirements: • Experience with MS Office specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook • Creating, maintaining, and organising project documents and reports • Performing general administrative duties to support the project manager and team • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Self-managed and self-motivated and a strong will to succeed - Resides in Johannesburg - Has own vehicle Roles and Responsibilities: • Answer telephone and email queries • Create and compile various project documentation • Provide general and administrative support to management • Ensure and maintain accurate filing system • Creating, maintaining, and organising project documents and reports • Performing general administrative duties to support the project manager and team Salary will be market related to similar administrative positions but will also be dependent on experience & and qualifications
