Construction Administrator

We have a vacancy for an Office/Project Administrator to assist with general projects and office administration. We operate in the electrical sector within the construction industry.

Minimum of 3 years relevant office & projects administration experience in the construction industry is a definite pre-requisite with the following specific skill set & requirements:
- Experience with MS Office specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook
- Creating, maintaining, and organising project documents and reports
- Performing general administrative duties to support the project manager and team
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-managed and self-motivated and a strong will to succeed
- Resides in Johannesburg
- Has own vehicle
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and compile various project documentation
- Provide general and administrative support to management
- Ensure and maintain accurate filing system
- Creating, maintaining, and organising project documents and reports
- Performing general administrative duties to support the project manager and team
Salary will be market related to similar administrative positions but will also be dependent on experience & and qualifications
1. Do not have previous experience with a company in the Construction/Contracting Industry
2. Do not meet the minimum requirements
3. Do not have a valid driver's license
