Role Overview ModusForce is continuing to grow at an exciting rate and we are now formally launching our delivery capability in South Africa. As such, we are now looking to hire the South Africa Dayforce Capability lead who will be accountable for building the Cape Town team and capability while delivering exceptional client projects. You’ll help shape the setup in South Africa, establishing a high-performing delivery team capable of supporting a wide variety of exciting global projects and teams. This includes leading cross-functional teams, building best practice and ensuring delivery is both strategically aligned and commercially successful. This role is pivotal in shaping our delivery approach and driving the growth of our organisation. You’ll form part of the senior leadership team and help deliver against our company vision. We are looking for a determined and passionate leader who can build capability, inspire people and underpin our growth and future successes. Location This is a hybrid role based in Cape Town. 3 days in the office 8‑5pm. If you’re applying from another location, please be aware relocation to Cape Town will be required and would need to be arranged personally. Key Responsibilities Help define the optimal team structure and plan for the delivery capability in South Africa Support the recruitment team in finding, attracting and retaining the best talent Lead, mentor and develop the growing team in South Africa with a significant focus on learning, development and building Dayforce delivery capability Deliver a variety of client projects as a Dayforce solution architect/oversight, ensuring the highest quality of delivery and a focus on excellent stakeholder engagement Continue to build a strategic, trusted partnership with DayForce globally Contribute to company-wide delivery frameworks, playbooks, and best practice Drive continuous improvement in our delivery capability Support company growth through relationships, account management activities, excellent delivery and building lasting trusted relationships Shape the future of Dayforce implementations through the use of technology and innovation What You Bring Extensive experience leading HRIS/HCM/WFM implementations as an architect or similar (Dayforce preferred, but Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM experience also valuable) Broad consultancy experience across programme delivery and transformation A proven track record of building and leading a high-performance team Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and complex delivery landscapes Strong commercial acumen and understanding of professional services dynamics Confident, credible leader able to influence internally and externally A passion for delivery excellence and commitment to developing high-performing teams A technology first approach with a focus on continuous improvement and leveraging latest technology to drive positive change A focus on scalable, sustainable growth focused on process, people and technology Why Join Us?
