Reporting to Regional Sales Manager, as a Sales Representative - On, you will need a combination of wine and spirit knowledge, sales skills, and a customer-oriented approach, be accountable for sales excellence and long-term brand growth in the On Premise Trade. Responsibilities Achieve On-Channel sales volume and market share targets Meet On-Channel value, price and space targets Meet On-Channel execution expectations Meet On-Channel sales business objectives Ensure that On-Channel promotions and activations are executed according to brand plan Ensure accurate and current data is captured on C4C system Ensure 85% call cycle adherence Retain existing On-Channel customers and acquire new On-Channel customers Understand and meet On-Channel customer needs and ensure they are aligned to business needs Resolve customer complaints and implement improvement opportunities Skills & Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous A recognized wine certification would be a distinct advantage such as Cape Wine Academy or Wine & Spirit Education Trust (min WSET 2) Minimum of 3 years Sales experience, particularly in the wine or liquor environment Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Ideal Candidate Able to work after hours and weekends when required Has an unendorsed driver's licence and own reliable transport Lives the DGB values at all times, be honest, reliable, and ethical Confident, persistent, presentable and knowledgeable Meticulous, organized, calm and able to work under pressure Uses initiative Comfortable and proficient in using cell phone technology and Sales Apps #J-18808-Ljbffr
