Job Opportunity: Junior Accountant / Management Accountant Location: Tulisa Park, Johannesburg (On-site position – no remote work) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Level: Minimum 3 years relevant experience Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Exoweld, a well-established manufacturing company based in Tulisa Park, is looking for a proactive and hands‑on Junior Accountant / Management Accountant to join our team. This is a broad role that combines bookkeeping, management accounting, payroll, HR administration, and regular communication with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Full HR function (onboarding, contracts, disciplinary warnings, leave management, etc.) Full payroll function including preparation of salaries, submission of monthly EMP201 and bi‑annual EMP501 to SARS Preparation and electronic submission of VAT201 returns Daily uploading and full reconciliation of bank statements Preparation of creditors files and loading payments Preparation of debtors statements and ageing Preparation of monthly management accounts and packs Assisting with the drafting of annual financial statements Communicating professionally with customers and suppliers (emails, statements, queries, etc.) General administrative and ad‑hoc duties as required Requirements Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar all‑round accounting / payroll / HR role Strong working knowledge of SAP (essential) Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel – pivots, V‑lookups, etc.) Solid understanding of SARS eFiling, VAT, PAYE, SDL, UIF, EMP201 & EMP501 submissions Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) High attention to detail and ability to work accurately Own transport and ability to work on‑site in Tulisa Park What we offer Market‑related salary (based on experience) Opportunity to grow within the finance department If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on a busy, varied role, please send your CV to with the subject line “Junior Accountant Application – Your Name”.
