Position Title Enterprise Account Manager – Finance/FSI Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer relationship development and project implementation across the region. Achieve market, sales, and collection targets while strengthening customer relationships. Build and strengthen relationships with mid‑ and senior‑level executives and establish exclusive customer relationships. Guide and assist customers in handling negative events to maintain trust and satisfaction. Gain deep insights into customer pain points and requirements, and present tailored solutions that influence decision‑making. Undertake regional strategic objectives, develop specific strategies based on comprehensive market analysis, and lead the formulation of enterprise accounts strategy. Bidding and project development for enterprise products, driving project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Implement strategies to meet business goals and enhance Huawei’s market position. Lead and organize team‑building activities, create a motivating environment, and foster high‑performance teams. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of solutions sales and/or account management experience in Finance/FSI sectors with large, complex projects. Strong customer network in Finance/FSI sector organizations. Proven track record in sales and relationship‑building with large enterprise clients. Deep understanding of ICT vendors’ products (network, storage, servers) and ability to match solutions to customer requirements. Experience managing full project lifecycle and independently driving projects to completion. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present solutions, align expectations, and close deals. Familiarity with carrier and ICT market, and ability to communicate with CXOs. Certification from mainstream vendors (Huawei, Cisco, Dell/EMC) is preferred. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree advantageous). 7 years of experience in ICT products and hardware.
