Overview We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Consultant to be based at our branch. Your responsibilities include, inclusive of but not limited to: Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issues. All clients are contacted as per schedule. These typical Labour Law issues can range from: Chairing of disciplinary inquiries Drafting of judgments for clients Assist with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance Drafting and implementing of policies To more complex issues like: Wage negotiations Strike Management Retrenchments Package & Remuneration Salary: R17 850 CTC Benefits As part of the Labournet team you’ll enjoy benefits designed to support your wellbeing and career growth. Qualifications You’ll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role: 3 years B.
