We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Reporting FM to join our finance team on a 4–5-month temporary contract. The Reporting FM plays a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, they support the Finance Team in delivering accurate and timely results to the Executive Leadership Team and shareholders. The position ensures a robust financial control environment and consistent compliance with company policies. It also drives continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will be proactive, confident, and adaptable in a dynamic environment. They will be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly to non-financial colleagues. The role requires a team player who can also work independently, applying initiative and sound judgement to resolve challenges. Must be available to start immediately. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Manage financial and compliance reporting requirements. Prepare and monitor the financial calendar to ensure timely completion of activities. Guide the preparation of management accounts and investigate technical accounting issues. Review and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness. Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting policies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and short- to medium-term financial planning. Support transactional finance operations and promote automation opportunities through technology. Participate in the implementation and optimization of the General Ledger and other financial systems.
