Our Client, a leader in the Retail Industry, seeks to employ a Retail Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area. Duties & Responsibilities Plan, develop, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies for retail operations. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions, seasonal displays, and advertising campaigns to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Report on in-store performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges. Manage inventory to ensure products are in stock and available to customers. Forecast sales and develop promotional plans to increase revenue. Conduct customer surveys and analyze customer feedback. Lead and motivate sales staff. Oversee the daily operations of retail stores. Manage staff scheduling and inventory levels. Ensure accuracy in stock levels and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Desired Experience & Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Retail or FMCG environment. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Own vehicle (essential). No criminal record. Package & Remuneration Market-related salary.
