Participate in an intensive development program covering all aspects of integrated security service operations management. Engage in cross-departmental rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and support functions. Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data for decision-making. Collaborate with various teams to streamline workflow and optimize resource utilization. Support the execution of strategic initiatives to improve business operations. Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges. Assist in creating and implementing long-term business strategies. Develop leadership capabilities to manage teams and drive organizational success. Learn about industry regulations, compliance standards, and operational policies. Support risk assessment initiatives and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to quality control processes to maintain operational excellence. Work closely with senior management, employees, vendors, and external partners. Present reports on development progress, operational performance, and improvement recommendations. Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration. Budgeting and Financial Management and oversight. Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Bachelors degree in commerce, Financial, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in an operational or management role, with a strong interest in further development. Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning. Strong people management skills and experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement. A good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and resource management. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Drivers license and own reliable transport. High levels of resilience and energy will be critical in being successful in this role.
