Manufacturing PLC Programmer Coder (Delta OR Siemens or Other) Join to apply for the Manufacturing PLC Programmer Coder (Delta OR Siemens or Other) role at Diverse Consulting Solutions (Pty) Ltd Job location: East Rand | Permanent position | Working at the company premises. Must be willing to relocate very close to the company premises if needed and own a reliable car or transport with a driver’s license. Must be able to start as soon as possible – preferably immediately. Must have Electrical + Coding PLC Programmer experience (Delta, Siemens or other PLC’s) in an Automation Manufacturing Production Company. Must have a Matric Certificate or equivalent – essential. Must have an Electrical Qualification or Trade Tested Electrician Red Seal certificate – essential. Must have completed training in PLC programming and coding. Must have 3–5+ years of experience in an Automation Manufacturing Production Company doing electrical work, PLC programming and coding (on Delta, Siemens, Ladder logic, Omron or other PLC’s), fault finding, integration, and HMI. Experience in FMCG Manufacturing and Production (e.g., tailer boards, metals, glass, aluminium, wood, plastics, electronics, cleaning items, stationary, office furniture, valves or other products). Must have gained work experience in PLC coding and programming – essential. Must have strong electrical working experience and experience with Festo drives or other drives – very important. Must have experience installing, configuring drives, wiring PLCs, sensors, conductors, relays, wiring cabinets and panel building, and actuators. Factory automation and maintenance working experience. Experience working with valves of different sizes. Experience in electrical fault finding and technical maintenance. Experience training people on PLCs (advantage). Pneumatics and hydraulics experience. HMI working experience. Electrical installations working experience. Programming and integration to various automation systems and devices. Experience with automation production machines. Experience estimating materials (advantage but not essential). Experience in electrical and electronic circuit design and construction. Experience milling mechanical parts, fitting and turning. Experience in building and installing assembly components. Aluminum machining experience (advantage but not essential). Design of brackets for sensor mounting。 Design and implementation of automated production solutions. Must be willing to work overtime when needed on weekends, during the week and evenings – overtime pay provided. Must own a reliable car or transport and driver’s license. Salary: R30 000 – R45 000+ gross per month (44 hours per week). The company pays weekly and offers overtime pay, discretionary annual performance bonus, and benefits including half of a pension fund, half of a medical aid, and life insurance cover.
