Manufacturing Industrial PLC Coder Programmer ( Siemens OR Other) Position: Permanent. Location: Gauteng. Company premises. Ability to travel is required. Start as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities Translate PLC code to GUI SCADA and HMI. Program using Siemens TIA Portal v17–v20 and Sematic Step 7. Perform panel wiring and fault finding. Project manage PLC coding, commissioning, and full client site deployment. Design HMI and develop SCADA systems and IoT solutions. Optimize PID control loops for process stability. Provide troubleshooting, add features, and maintain systems. Will be required to work overtime; overtime pay is given. Qualifications Must have 3–6+ years experience as Industrial PLC coder/programmer (Siemens or Omron). Experience translating between PLC code and SCADA/HMI interfaces. Experience using Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7. Experience in panel wiring and fault finding. Project managing skills with end‑to‑end commissioning at client sites. Proficient in cross‑industrial PLC programming, HMI design, SCADA development, IoT innovations. Ability to travel and work at external client premises; willing to relocate closer to company in Gauteng. Good understanding of PID control loops and ability to optimize them. Software design experience on a laptop for PLC is advantageous. Matric Certificate required; Engineering Degree/Diploma is a plus. Own transport and driver’s licence. Willing to work overtime when needed; overtime pay is provided. Apply immediately; flexible start date. Salary & Benefits CTC per month: R27,000 – R38,500 + overtime pay + discretionary annual performance bonus. Pension scheme will be deducted from net salary (company pays no half‑contribution).
