Senior Finance Manager

Main job function

Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees

Responsible for resource planning in the assigned area

Responsible for target deployment according to ScoreCard in the assigned area

Monitoring and drawing up the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per IFRS

Managing profitability based on KPIs

Assuming responsibility for and drawing up deviation analyses, annual plans and forecasts

Helping to implement and/or enhance SAP from a FI/CO perspective

Optimizing company processes from a commercial perspective

Dealing with auditors and taxes, as well as transfer prices

Carrying out regular management reviews using standard tools and reports

Ensuring compliance with requirements and standards that apply both internally and externally

Qualifications

  • Relevant accounting degree or a registered CA
  • Minium 15 years as a Financial manager
  • Ideal automotive industry experience
  • Must have international reporting experience
