The Lead Core Banking Technology is responsible for the technical aspects of solutions introduced into the core banking technology and related systems (including SAP). The role performs a variety of duties to analyze, design, develop, maintain, test, debug, implement, document and support applications within a banking system team. The Lead is also responsible for mentoring team members, overseeing architectural design, reviewing deliverables for core banking solutions, integrating new technologies and processes, providing supervised optimizations and code refactors, translating business requirements into practical core banking system implementations, and ensuring day‑to‑day errors are minimized to protect core banking operations. Responsibilities Analyze technical requirements for core banking solutions. Design, develop, test, debug, and implement application components. Maintain, document, and support core banking applications. Mentor team members and oversee architectural design. Integrate new technologies and processes into existing systems. Perform code refactoring and supervised optimizations. Translate business requirements into core banking system implementation. Ensure minimal impact on business operations by minimizing day‑to‑day errors.
