Education Talent Acquisition Specialist - Cape Town Equal Education Partners is excited to announce an opening for an Education Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our partner client's dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be pivotal in connecting talented education professionals with opportunities within schools across London and the Home Counties. Your expertise in recruitment will help drive the mission of providing high-quality educational staff to enhance student learning and outcomes. As an Education Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing suitable candidates into various education roles. You will work closely with schools to understand their needs and ensure a strong match with our candidates, fostering relationships that inspire trust and long‑term collaboration. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various educational roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and administrative staff. Build and maintain relationships with client schools, understanding their unique needs and creating tailored recruitment solutions. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking opportunities, to attract top talent. Conduct thorough reference checks and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with the recruitment team to share insights and develop effective strategies for candidate sourcing. Essential Qualities Proven experience in recruitment and / or the education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. A strong understanding of the education sector and related compliance requirements. Prior Experience Experience using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is preferred. A background in education, teaching, or a related field is an advantage, but not essential. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
