What you will be doing : Direct the formulation renewal and execution of JGFs overall strategy in collaboration with senior leadership. Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable program roadmaps. Lead the complete lifecycle of new programs from design and development through to piloting and launch. Oversee the planning and execution of all program deliveries ensuring financial accountability and alignment. Monitor program health and analyse outcome reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with critical external partners (Funders stakeholders service providers etc.) Compile and present strategic and operational reports to the board executive committee and other key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks related to funding changes and potential reputational exposure to protect the organization. What our client is looking for : A relevant tertiary degree would be highly beneficial (NQF Level 8 or 9) (Management Sciences Education etc.) 10 years in strategic leadership program development and implementation. Proven track record in managing and implementing educational programs within the South African context. Possesses strong strategic agility business acumen and organizational insight. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong judgment and risk management capabilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex multi-stakeholder environments effectively. High-level diplomatic skills and the ability to engage sensitively with both public and private sector partners. Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills are required. Proven experience in financial oversight and organizational leadership. The candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
