ENVIRONMENT GUIDE technical engagements, ensuring the highest standards of solution design and delivery, while driving positive outcomes for clients utilising your expertise to fill the role of a Senior ServiceNow Consultant wanted by a provider of innovative Asset, Fund and Investor Services. You will take a lead – alongside Head of Practice in London - on the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM, and SPM. The successful incumbent must have 5 years of work experience in ServiceNow consulting with hands-on expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM. You also require in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integration strategies & familiarity with at least one Investment Management application (e.g., Fund Accounting, CRM, Document Management, or EDM) is preferred. e.g. eFront, Intralinks, Simcorp Dimension. DUTIES Architect and lead ServiceNow implementations. Stakeholder Collaboration. ServiceNow best practice and standards. Technical Documentation. Quality Assurance / Pre-delivery or other audits. Customization and Development Leadership. Project Oversight. Technical Mentorship and Team Leadership. Complex Problem Resolution. Continuous Improvement. Company ServiceNow instance. Client & Company PTY planning. REQUIREMENTS ServiceNow Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with hands-on expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM. Proven Leadership in Implementations: Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, balancing technical precision with business strategy. Advanced Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integration strategies. Architectural Design Excellence: Extensive experience in designing scalable ServiceNow architectures and complex system integrations. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one Investment Management application (e.g., Fund Accounting, CRM, Document Management, or EDM) is preferred. e.g. eFront, Intralinks, Simcorp Dimension. Advantageous – ServiceNow Certifications: Holding certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
