Client Relationship Manager (Country Sales Lead) Position for hiring – Client Relationship Manager (Country Sales Lead) Place of hire – Johannesburg Travel expectation – within South Africa. International for attending conferences, meetings etc. Language skills – Afrikaans and English Sutra Management is a UAE headquartered AI/ML advisory organization. It specializes in data, machine learning and AI driven consulting, solution sales and implementation services for its clients across the Middle East, Africa and the ASEAN region. Sutra’s South Africa office is looking for a client relationship manager to lead its growth strategy in South Africa and other African markets. The incumbent is expected to: Responsibilities Generate leads, coordinating with pre‑sales to engage client and be responsible for project award Generate leads and reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and in person Develop sales strategies and set up goals Drive sales and client engagement growth for prospects and clients in South Africa. Work with partners to explore newer opportunities Prepare, and draft proposals and quotes Deliver sales presentations to clients Negotiate and close sales deals Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitor activities Create and maintain customer relationship management data. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets Qualifications 8+ years of experience in advisory or software sales with strong existing network in BFSI sector Possess at least a Graduation / Diploma in a related area Exceptional sales and customer service skills Brilliant presentation skills Skilled at negotiation and problem‑solving Strong communicator, both verbal and written Experience and proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office and sales software Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Business Consulting and Services Referral Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sutra Management by 2x Location Johannesburg Metropolitan Area #J-18808-Ljbffr
