Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 essential. 3+ years experience with Number Portability in the Telecoms. 2 years' experience in an IT Operations environment is essential. GSM related experience is highly desirable. Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience: ITIL Service Management Framework, Service Operations, Service Transition, CRM Provisioning – Number Portability Specific.
