Position : Mid-Weight Video EditorLocation : Cape Town, South AfricaType : Hybrid (2 days in-office per week)About the Role : We're looking for a talented, Cape Town–based Video Editor with strong creative instincts and a passion for fast, high-quality turnarounds. You'll be working across a range of content formats social, brand, event, and short-form storytelling and collaborating closely with our creative team.If you're someone with great energy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life quickly, you'll fit right in.What You'll Do : Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, and brand campaigns Work with directors / creatives to interpret briefs and elevate raw footage Deliver fast, high-quality edits under tight timelines Add motion graphics, sound design, and pacing enhancements where needed Manage media, assets, and project files in an organised way Collaborate in-person with the team twice a week (office is Cape Town–based) What We're Looking For : 2–4+ years of editing experience (agency, creator economy, production, or similar) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (and a bonus if you know After Effects) Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and social-native formats Ability to work quickly without compromising quality A creative thinker who contributes ideas and elevates the brief Positive energy, good vibes, and a collaborative mindset Cape Town–based and able to work in-office 2 days per week Nice to Have : Experience with colour grading or audio mixing Familiarity with AI editing tools or workflow automations Motion design fundamentals How to Apply : Send your CV, portfolio / showreel, and a short intro to Include "Video Editor- Cape Town" in the subject line.
