About the Role As our next Video Editor, you’ll be the creative force behind the visual identity of both the agency and our law firm clients. You’ll edit, enhance, and reimagine long- and short-form video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads — transforming talking-head footage, AI avatar clips, and voiceover scripts into scroll-stopping, conversion-ready video. You’ll collaborate with our creative team, designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life through storytelling, editing precision, and smart use of AI tools. Some days you’ll be polishing a client’s educational explainer video; other days, you’ll be crafting agency-branded content that pushes creative boundaries. What You’ll Do Edit long- and short-form video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Combine AI-generated and traditional assets, including HeyGen avatars, ElevenLabs voiceovers, and Descript transcripts, into cohesive, high‑quality videos Experiment with new AI platforms like Veo and Sora and apply them creatively to enhance storytelling and workflow Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, typography, and animation that align with each client’s brand voice and target audience Repurpose long‑form content into platform‑optimized short clips for social, ads, and email campaigns Use editing best practices to improve pacing, visual flow, and audience retention Maintain consistency across client brands and the agency brand Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines while maintaining quality Collaborate with our creative team to develop new visual concepts and editing templates for AI‑integrated video production What Success Looks Like in 90 Days You’re fully immersed in our creative process, delivering video content that feels uniquely us: educational, energetic, and professional. You’ve mastered our branding and voice, integrated seamlessly into our AI‑driven workflow, and your edits are helping both our clients and our agency grow. What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of professional video editing experience A portfolio that shows your creative range and mastery of short‑form, social‑first storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and After Effects (preferred) Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript, Veo, and other emerging platforms Strong understanding of pacing, visual design, and sound design for vertical and horizontal formats Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment using tools like frame.io for feedback The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing creativity Bonus: familiarity with marketing content or professional service brands Portfolio Requirement To be considered for this position, you must have an updated portfolio that includes specific examples of AI‑integrated video editing.
