They’re now looking for a Video Graphics / Editor to help shape their digital voice by creating visually captivating content that educates, entertains, and inspires across multiple online platforms. What You’ll Be Doing Edit and produce short‑and long‑form video content for social media and digital channels. Design motion graphics, titles, and animations aligned with brand identity and visual guidelines. Collaborate closely with the founders and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life. Repurpose and optimize clips from podcasts, Q&A sessions, and interviews for digital storytelling. Explore and implement AI‑assisted tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency. Design static visuals and graphics for use across digital and social campaigns. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite. Strong storytelling and design skills with a sharp eye for visual detail. Experience producing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Curiosity or hands‑on experience with AI‑powered design or editing tools. Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, digital‑first environment. Excellent English skills; knowledge of German is a strong plus. Nice to Have Background in property tech, real‑estate, or marketing for service‑based brands. Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g. Runway, Descript, Midjourney).
