Marketing Manager - New Cardio, SAF Boston Scientific , South Africa. Purpose Statement To drive the achievement of business growth through focused market/competitive analysis and the provision of a long-term strategic marketing plan in coordination with country Management and GEM/EMEA NC division/franchise counterparts. Key Responsibilities Builds division budget in cooperation of divisions' direction. Product launches, educating sales force on sales strategies in cooperation of GEM/EMEA Marketing. Upgrades product and procedure experience to expert level in the country. Conveys market needs and sales requirements to International Marketing team. Ensures that the country builds a formalized Marketing Plan based on the Divisional Strategy Map. Drives local country marketing strategy formulation and implementation, defines winning product strategies customized for the local market, identifies key uncertainties, selects the right marketing tools, and ensures consistency with the European strategy. Guides local team and Product Manager in developing implementations, ensures that selling tools enable the Sales Force to drive desired customer behavior change, makes resource allocation decisions, and establishes metrics for tracking success. Knows the business/industry and converts insights into appropriate action. Knows the product context and translates insights into appropriate action. Manages stakeholder communication, aligns country strategies, and establishes relationships with key opinion leaders. Designs and manages an efficient work process for the Product Manager, reliably delivering relevant outputs on time. Facilitates quality and compliance communication, ensuring issues are addressed and quality standards are met.
