The Role We’re hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team, build scalable systems, and drive hiring outcomes across the company. This isn’t just about filling roles. You’ll manage a team of recruiters, improve performance, build recruiting strategies, and make sure the right people are hired—fast, consistently, and at scale. You’ll work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, optimize processes, implement KPIs, and ensure every candidate experience reflects our standards and values.
