We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator for our UK partner Our UK based client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team. This a full-time role and the candidate has to be available from 10:30 - 19:30 South Africa time. Compensation options are as follows: About the role: Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Recruitment Administrator to support their team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience, be comfortable working with databases and recruitment software, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment System Maintenance: Assist in managing and maintaining the recruitment system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, including CRM and ATS vendors, to support system and tool integration and maintenance. User Setup: Help set up and onboard new users, ensuring access and permissions are correctly assigned in the system. CV Management: Upload candidate CVs to the system, maintaining an organized and updated database. Compliance Support for Temporary Workers: Assist with compliance-related tasks for temporary staff, including document verification and compliance tracking. Reference Management: Engage with local authorities and other entities to secure reference checks and necessary verifications for candidates. Data Entry and Database Management: Input and manage data within the recruitment database, ensuring that information is complete and up-to-date. Qualifications: Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role, with an understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and administration processes. Tech‑Savvy: Proficient in using CRM and ATS systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly. Detail‑Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and compliance‑related tasks. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective liaising with suppliers, colleagues, and external contacts. Organized and Self‑Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
