We have been recognized on Inc. 5000, Forbes 30 Under 30, and other top‑tier lists. About the role We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition team and strategy. As the link between senior leadership and hiring execution, you will attract and hire top talent efficiently and effectively to support Darkroom’s growth. What You’ll Be Doing Team Leadership & Coordination: coordinate the daily activities, priorities, and resources of the recruiting team. Strategic Partnership (SPOC): serve as the single point of contact for senior leadership, providing updates, insights, and recommendations. Hiring Plan Execution: own the delivery of the overall hiring plan and manage requisition load across departments. Process Optimization: evaluate and refine end‑to‑end recruitment processes, tools, and systems. Data & Reporting: develop and present key recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to influence decision‑making. Vendor Management: manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors. Recruiter Development: mentor, coach, and develop the recruiting team, fostering continuous improvement and high performance. Standard Requirements Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, with at least 2 years managing a recruiting team. Leadership: proven ability to lead a high‑performing recruiting team in a fast‑paced environment. Communication: exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence executive stakeholders. Strategic Mindset: translate business objectives into tactical recruiting strategies. Process Acumen: deep understanding of full‑cycle recruiting and best practices. System Knowledge: proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and data reporting tools.
