We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Paralegal – Canada to join our team, specializing in all aspects of Canadian immigration – both corporate and individual. Responsibilities Maintain client and internal records via the case management system and other internal systems. Prepare and draft all types of immigration applications (including Quebec categories) for Case Managers in compliance with legal requirements. Possess strong understanding of TR/PR requirements and Quebec immigration categories and regulations. Correspond with applicants and HR to collect and review documents, advise on discrepancies, and ensure completeness and correctness of supporting documents in line with government forms. Collaborate and work closely with Case Managers on work authorisation and other immigration matters. Assist Case Managers in tracking and closing cases in accordance with SOP. Manage a variety of temporary and permanent immigration cases, and any other cases assigned by the Team Lead and/or Immigration Manager. Set up, attend, and participate in client calls as needed. Research processes and requirements for various applications. Coordinate internally and with clients to ensure deadlines are met. Advise Case Managers of any client-related issues. Conduct training and onboarding of new paralegals. Handle more complex immigration matters with minimal Case Manager oversight. Act as the “go to” contact for technical or administrative questions within the team. Other administrative and coordination duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 5 years of law clerk or paralegal experience in Canadian immigration (minimum 1 year working in corporate immigration). Excellent attention to detail and legal proofreading skills. High computer proficiency including Acrobat PDF and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work in an environment where discretion and confidentiality are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients. Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational skills. Oral and written proficiency in English and French. Salary Annual Salary Range: $70,000 CAD.
