We enable planners to focus on offering their clients professional financial advice, while our professional administrator team handle their core administrative processes. Role Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to play a key role in our team. If you have a passion to serve, a strong grasp of the financial services industry, and a commitment to a great client experience, we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Do Process client applications, follow-ups, and amendments across various investment platforms. Support brokers and clients with accurate, efficient risk and investment administration. Ensure that all client records and transactions comply with internal and regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Adhere to industry regulations and internal processes. Maintaining CRM system. What You Bring 5+ years’ strong administration experience in the financial services industry. RE5 and NQF5 Wealth Management or other relevant industry-related qualification (Advantageous) Strong knowledge of the life insurance sector and compliance regulations (FICA, FAIS & POPIA). Proven experience in client service and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. Quality and quantity of data. Accuracy of record keeping.
